Prices

The prices displayed are excluding VAT. The VAT is therefore to be added to get the including VAT price.

The minimum order amount is 180 € excluding VAT.

Shipping costs are not included.

Shipping & returns

The shipping costs by Mondial Relay (pickup at relay point) are offered for any order above 250 € excluding VAT in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Spain and Portugal.

The home delivery costs via Mondial Relay are offered from 600 € excluding VAT for these countries as well as Germany and Italy.

You can also opt for shipping by post in Colissimo or registered letter to all destinations (free shipping from 600 € in France only).

The shipments are made quickly, within 3 working days.

The returns are accepted within 7 days following the receipt of your order. You must send us an email for this.

In the event that items do not suit you, we exchange them or refund you.

Payment

The payment of your purchases is made at the order by the payment method of your choice:

• Bank transfer

• Check

• Credit card

• PayPal (3% applicable fees)

We accept staggered payments over 3 months for orders over 600 €. By transfer or by check (sending of 3 checks dated on the back with a one month interval between each).

Your data is confidential. No information about your customer profile, your purchases and your transactions will be transmitted to a third party (individual, company, organization or institution).

We respect your privacy and we guarantee you total anonymity.
