The prices displayed are excluding VAT. VAT must be added to obtain the price including VAT.
The minimum order amount is €150 excluding VAT.
Shipping costs are not included.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping fees via Mondial Relay (pick-up at relay points) are free for any order over €200 excluding VAT in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Spain, and Portugal.
Home delivery via Mondial Relay is free for orders over €300 excluding VAT for these countries, as well as Germany and Italy (delivery time is approximately two weeks).
You can also choose to ship via Colissimo or tracked letter to all destinations (free shipping for orders over €600).
Shipments are processed quickly, within 3 business days.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. To do so, you need to send us an email.
If any items are not suitable, we will exchange them or refund you.
Payment
Payment for your purchases is made at the time of order using your preferred payment method:

We accept installment payments over 3 months for orders over €600. By bank transfer or check (send 3 checks dated on the back with a one-month interval between each).
